KIEV, May 21 - President Viktor Yanukovych said that Kiev still hopes for success at its talks with Moscow on gas deliveries.

"We are working on the issue. But there is hope and it remains. And when we hold talks we take into account the fact that it [Russia] is our strategic partner," he said in an interview for Evenings with Vitaliy Korotych Show that went on the air on Sunday.
