KHARKIV, May 21 – Kharkiv’s Kyivsky District Court has postponed its hearing of the case involving the United Energy Systems of Ukraine (UESU) Corporation against former Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko until June 25.

"The court has decided that the case cannot be tried in the absence of defendant Tymoshenko and her lawyers. The court hearing has been adjourned until 1000 on June 25," Judge Kostiantyn Sadovsky said.
