BRUSSELS, May 15 – The European Union has named three steps that could help to return relations between Brussels and Kiev to their previous level – settlement of the problem of selective justice, holding free and fair parliamentary elections, and the implementation of necessary reforms.

Danish Foreign Minister Villy Sovndal named these steps at a press conference in Brussels on Tuesday to sum up the results of a meeting of the EU-Ukraine Cooperation Council.
