BRUSSELS, May 15– Ukraine has been sharply criticized by Brussels in the sphere of political dialogue and reform in the European Neighborhood Policy Country Progress Report on Ukraine that was presented in Brussels on Tuesday.

"The area of deep and sustainable democracy experienced a further deterioration in 2011. Several leading opposition figures, including former Prime Minister [Yulia] Tymoshenko, were subjected to selective justice, characterized by un-transparent judicial processes.
