KIEV, May 14 - Deliveries of crude oil to Ukrainian oil refineries and Shebelynka gas processing plant dropped by 25.9% year-over-year, to 2.096 million tons in January-April, the Energy and Coal Industry Ministry reported.

This significant decline was caused by a lack of Russian crude oil supplies in March and April, whereas Ukrainian refineries received 770,700 tons of Russian oil in March and April 2011.
