KIEV, May 14 - President Viktor Yanukovych on Monday said he was “enthusiastic” ahead of a meeting with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin in Moscow as Kiev seeks lower natural gas prices.

“I look with enthusiasm at relations between Ukraine and Russia,” Yanukovych said while on a trip to Donetsk. “I hope that we will solve this [gas] problem in the near future.”
