KIEV, May 3 – The purchase price of a 95.4% stake in Bilozerska mine (Donetsk region) amounted to UAH 202 million, according to an annual financial report of DTEK, Ukraine's largest private vertically integrated energy holding.

According to the holding, the deals on the purchase of 74.7% and 20.7% stakes in the mine were carried out on February 17 and 24 this year.
