KIEV, May 3 – The United States has issued an annual report on the infringers of U.S. intellectual property rights, with Ukraine appearing in the report for the first time since 2007, Deutsche Welle has reported.

U.S. Trade Representative Ron Kirk presented the report in Washington on April 30. The creators of the report drew attention to sustained growth in the piracy of copyrighted products in virtually all formats, as well as counterfeiting of trademarked goods.
