KIEV, May 3 – The Board of Directors of Danish airline Cimber Sterling, the majority owner of which is Mansvell Enterprises Ltd. controlled by Ukrainian businessman Ihor Kolomoisky, has decided to declare the company bankrupt.

"The owners of Cimber Sterling will not continue to finance Cimber Sterling," reads a statement by the company.
