KIEV, Sept. 23 - The World Bank is to lend Ukraine $106 million for the Hydropower Rehabilitation Project in Ukraine and for energy sector reform.

A credit agreement has been signed by Fuel and Energy Minister of Ukraine Ivan Plachkov and the World Bank director for Ukraine, Belarus and Moldova Paul Bermingham, Interfax-Ukraine reported.
