KIEV, Sept. 23 - The Union of Wholesale Traders and Producers of Alcohol and Tobacco products SOVAT has appealed to Parliament not to create legal problems for their industries.

According to a group statement carried by Interfax-Ukraine, a bill before the Rada -- "Actions aimed at the prevention and reduction of consumption of tobacco products and its harmful effect on health of the population??? -- duplicates regulations in other laws and also includes contradictory regulations.
