KIEV, April 25 – The fields with winter crops that are to be resown in 2012 amount to 2.1-2.2 million hectares thanks to good weather in spring, the head of the grain and industrial crop department of the farming department at the Agrarian Policy and Food Ministry, Leonid Sukhomlyn, said.

"The forecast for winter grain crops resowing today is 1.7 million hectares, resowing of rapeseeds – 400,000 hectares, and as a whole the crops are to be resowed on 2.1-2.2 million hectares," he said in Kiev on Tuesday.
