KIEV, April 23 – Ukraine is to switch from one-year to three-year defense orders for the more effective implementation of the program of rearmament of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, National Security and Defense Council Secretary Andriy Kliuyev said.
According to Kliuyev, the transfer to a three-year order "will allow us to facilitate the transfer to medium-term social and economic planning, as well as [help] implement the program of rearmament of the Armed Forces of the state in a more systematic and effective way."
