KIEV, April 23 – The Cabinet of Ministers has cancelled a regulation requiring the mandatory use of holographic protections on excise duty stamps, said Justice Minister Oleksandr Lavrynovych.

The Cabinet of Ministers approved the corresponding bill prepared by the Justice Ministry.

"We aren't talking about the cancellation of excise duty stamps of the new type with improved security elements. We're only talking about the cancellation of obligatory holographic protections for excise stamps," the minister said.
