KIEV, April 20 - Ukraine and Russia are drafting an intergovernmental cooperation agreement to resume serial production of a modernized version of the Ruslan An-124-100, the world's largest heavy cargo transport plane.

"The draft document is now going through the approval process in the governments of Ukraine and Russia," a source in the aircraft industry told Interfax. He could not say at this stage when the agreement might be approved.
