KIEV, April 18 – Boryspil International Airport state-run enterprise has selected Morgan Stanley Bank to organize a eurobond issue worth $300 million, reads a report in the Visnyk Derzhavnykh Zakupivel bulletin.

The report says that the agreement was accepted on April 11, 2012, and it is to be signed by May 11. The services provided by the bank will cost $2.4 million (value added tax not included).

The securities will be issued for five years, and interest will be paid once every six months.
