KIEV, Sept. 22 - A 18.296% UkrTatNafta stake returned to state ownership under a Higher Economic Court ruling will be transferred to the state-owned Naftogaz Ukrayiny.

"Since the stocks should be transferred to NJSC, the State Property Fund has no information on whether they've already been returned or not, and is not aware of their further fate," SPF Chairwoman Valentyna Semeniuk said at a press conference, Interfax-Ukraine reported.
