AMMAN, April 17 – Foreign investments in Ukraine are not subject to nationalization, Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych said.

"National rules of investment activities are applied to foreign investors on the territory of Ukraine. Foreign investments in Ukraine are not subject to nationalization," Yanukovych said at a Ukrainian-Jordanian business forum in Amman on Tuesday.

At the same time, Yanukovych said that in the case of the termination of investment activities, the foreign investor is guaranteed the return of his investment in the currency of the investment, or in kind.
