BRUSSELS, April 13 - The European People's Party believes that Ukraine will be attractive to foreign investors only when democratic standards and the rule of law in the country are respected.

This is stipulated in a statement released by the Group of the European People's Party in the Committee of the Regions in Brussels on Friday. The statement notes that such a signal is contained in an address by EPP Group President Michael Schneider to the participants in the presentation of Dnipropetrovsk region, which was held on Thursday.
