KIEV, April 12 – The Ecology and Natural Resources Ministry said that the conditions of tenders for signing product sharing agreements (PSAs) could be revised if the natural gas royalty is increased.

"The issue is that several large tenders have been announced, and we have to agree on the business plans of companies that submitted their bids, so as to take into account [the proposed changes in tax laws]. Now we want to re-calculate everything, and the conditions or other things have to be changed, so we'll discuss this," Minister Mykola Zlochevsky told Interfax-Ukraine in Kiev.
