KIEV, April 10 – The Energy and Coal Industry Ministry has drawn up a draft law banning sales in Ukraine of fuel containing less than 5% bioethanol starting January 1, 2013, Energy and Coal Industry Minister Yuriy Boiko said on the Shuster Live TV program.

"We're submitting the draft law. I hope it will be approved at a cabinet meeting. This will allow there to bem on the one hand, a cut in oil purchases, and on the other hand, more work for agricultural producers," he said.
