KIEV, April 7 - Ukrainian authorities are deciding where former Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko, who is currently incarcerated, will receive health treatment, a senior official at the Prosecutor General’s Office said Saturday.
The authorities publically suggested treating Tymoshenko for her back pain in a state railroad company’s hospital in Kharkiv, but Tymoshenko is yet to accept the proposal.
First Deputy Prosecutor-General Renat Kuzmin said the authorities are also talking with Germany about possible treatment of Timoshenko at a German clinic that specifically works with inmates.
