KIEV, April 6 – The Ukrainian government has approved a decision to introduce a floating excise duty on fuel, Deputy Energy and Coal Industry Minister Volodymyr Makukha said.

"The decision has been made, but it requires additional revision, and we'll revise it, and in the near term the decision will made final," he told the press after a cabinet meeting on Thursday.
