KIEV, April 4 – The average price of a square meter of housing in Kiev today is $1,850, while most buyers can afford up to $1,500 per square meter, according to the president of the Union of Realtors of Ukraine, Oleksandr Rubanov.
"From my point of view, we've only just entered the crisis, and we'll see and feel more lows for at least three or four years. This will be a smooth fall. The price of a square meter of $1,500 was fine for buyers," he said at a press conference at Interfax-Ukraine on Tuesday.
