KIEV, March 28 - Ukraine on Wednesday selected Baker Tilly, an independent accountancy and business consultancy, to estimate the market value of its natural gas transportation system, which moves bulk of Russian gas to the European Union.

Baker Tilly outbid Duff & Phelps of the U.S. and Ernst & Young to win the contract with Naftogaz Ukrayiny, the national energy company, and will have to submit the evaluation report by August 1.
