KIEV, March 27 – The Agricultural Policy and Food Ministry, jointly with the Energy and Coal Industry Ministry, is drawing up a draft law stimulating production and consumption of biofuel.

"Today we jointly with the Energy and Coal Industry Ministry are finishing working on a draft law on obligatory use of light fuel and certain benefits and incentives for the development of the direction," said Agrarian Policy and Food Minister Mykola Prysiazhniuk.
