KIEV, Sept. 20 - The Khartsyzsk Pipe Plant (Donetsk region), a producer of large-diameter antirust oil and gas pipes, is to participate in a tender to supply pipes to build the Eastern Siberia-Pacific Ocean oil pipeline.

Andriy Shishatsky, the works' director general, gave the news at a press conference held in the city of Khartsyzsk, Interfax-Ukraine reported.
