KIEV, March 22 - Kyivenergo will come closer to signing concession agreements for heat pipelines with Kiev's authorities in late 2012 or early 2013, Kyivenergo Director General Oleksandr Fomenko said.
"If we have a proposal on a concession agreement and there are the proper conditions, Kyivenergo will participate in the concession agreement. Later the company will attract funds for the restoration [of heat pipelines]. If the conditions do not suit the company and [heat] pipelines generate only losses, the owner [Kiev city] will take on the responsibility itself," he said.
