KIEV, March 19 – Ukraine's Cabinet of Ministers is to approve recycling duties for tire producers and importers by the end of March, said Environment and Natural Resources Minister Mykola Zlochevsky.

"The price for recycling is being considered by the cabinet. As soon as this issue is decided, (according to my information, it will take not more than a week), companies are ready to come to Ukraine and build plants [to recycle tires]," the minister said.
