KIEV, March 19 – According to the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI), the volume of exports of the main kinds of armament exported by Ukraine in 2011 was estimated to be worth $484 million, putting Ukraine 12th in the institute's rating of world weapons exporters.
In 2010 Ukraine took the same place with an export volume estimated at $488 million.
The top three countries in the SIPRI's rating are the United States ($9.984 billion), Russia ($7.874 billion), and France ($2.437 billion).
