KIEV, March 16 - President Viktor Yanukovych has instructed Prime Minister Mykola Azarov and the Energy and Coal Industry Ministry to submit this month to Parliament for consideration a draft law on the corporatization of the largest state-owned energy assets - EnergoAtom and Ukrenergo.

A relevant provision is contained in the national action plan for 2012 on the implementation of the program of economic reforms in Ukraine in 2010-2014, which was approved by presidential decree No. 187/2012 of March 12.
