KIEV, March 16 – The Consumer Confidence Index in Ukraine worsened in February compared to January 2012 by 5.8 percentage notches, to 76.7, according to a survey by market research firm GfK Ukraine.
"The drop in consumer confidence was primarily caused by worsening of the index of the expected economic conditions in the country over the next year: the respective index lost 10.3 notches… The Propensity to Consume Index lost 1.8 notches and reached 75.1," reads the report.
