KIEV, March 14 – The fact that the initialing of the Association Agreement with the European Union has been shelved for far-fetched reasons is not Ukraine's fault, Prime Minister Mykola Azarov said in an interview with German newspaper Die Welt.
"We made significant efforts in the negotiation process and the text of the agreement is almost ready. And now after so many years it has been put on a shelf for some far-fetched reasons. Yes, we are disappointed," Azarov said.
