KIEV, March 14 – The Ukrainian Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Utilities Ministry and Swedish Water Experience AB have signed a memorandum of mutual understanding regarding the reconstruction of existing water treatment facilities in Ukraine.

"The memo is intended to observe ecological standards, use energy efficient solutions and exploit water treatment facilities, including production of alternative energy," reads a press release of the ministry issued on Tuesday.
