KIEV, Sept. 20 - Ukrainian Parliament on Tuesday rejected Yuriy Yekhanurov, an ally of President Viktor Yushchenko, as the country??™s new prime minister, a move that may send shockwaves through the country??™s politics.

Only 223 lawmakers voted to support the nomination, short of a simple majority of 226 lawmakers in 450-seat Parliament.
