KIEV, Feb. 24 – Nadra Ukrayiny and Lukoil Overseas (operator of Lukoil's international upstream projects) have signed a memorandum of cooperation, the state-owned Ukrainian company announced.

The memorandum was signed following a meeting on February 21, the press release said.

"The primary objective of the meeting was to discuss prospects for cooperation in research, survey, appraisal and development of Ukraine's oil and gas resources in the framework of special authorizations," the announcement said.
