KIEV, Sept. 19 - AsiaUniversalBank of Kyrgyzstan has submitted documents to the National Bank of Ukraine for the registration of its Ukrainian-based office, the NBU reported.

As the Kyrgyz bank reports on its official web site, open joint stock commercial "AsiaUniversalBank" was incorporated on Aug. 22, 1997, commercial banking license No.039 issued by the National Bank of theKyrgyz Republic on Dec. 1, 1998.
