KIEV, Feb. 22 – The State Property Fund has announced a tender to sell a 50% stake in Dniprooblenergo (Dnipropetrovsk), an electricity supply company, reads a report published in Vidomosti Pryvatyzatsii newspaper.

The tender is to be held on April 17. Bid acceptation will be stopped seven days before the tender holding.

A starting price of the stake is UAH 600 million.

According to the conditions of the tender, the bidder for the stake in Dniprooblenergo has to have itself transmitted electricity of a volume of at least 30% of the amount of electricity transmitted by the power distribution company within the past three years, or to own a company that has transmitted such an amount of electricity.
