MOSCOW, Feb. 16 – The list of conflicts between Russia and Ukraine, which already includes the gas conflict, Kiev's reluctance to join the Customs Union and Russia's ban on imports of Ukrainian cheese, has been augmented by Ukraine's intention to introduce extra taxes on the base of the Black Sea Fleet in Sevastopol, reads an article in the Kommersant newspaper.
Ukrainian and Russian foreign ministers, Kostiantyn Hryschenko and Sergei Lavrov met in Nizhny Novgorod on February 14, during which they tackled the issue of the presence of the Russian Black Sea Fleet in Crimea, which is tightly linked to the gas conflict between the countries.
