BRUSSELS, Feb. 13 - The second progress report by the European Commission on the implementation by Ukraine of an action plan on visa liberalization points to "limited progress" achieved by Kiev.

The report is divided into four blocks. The first block is devoted to document security, including biometrics.

"Limited progress was achieved in the area of document security," reads the report.
