KIEV, Feb. 7 - LLC VS Energy International Ukraine (a subsidiary of VS Energy) won a tender on Tuesday for the sale of 45% stake in regional power supply company Chernivtsioblenergo by offering UAH 70 million (around $8.8 million).

The tender was broadcast on the website of Ukraine's State Property Fund.

VS Energy initially offered UAH 65.1 million (UAH 7.9897/$1 on February 7, 2012) for the packet with the starting price at UAH 65 million. Its main competitor, LLC Luhansk Energy Union, a company controlled by businessman Konstantin Grigorishin, offered UAH 65.45 million.
