SIMFEROPOL, Feb. 3 – A loan agreement between the Council of Ministers of Crimea and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development on the realization of a project to reconstruct the water and sewage system in Yalta could be signed in March if all procedures are passed successfully, the Council of Ministers reported.
The department said that the issue was discussed at a meeting of Crimean Prime Minister Anatoliy Mohyliov with EBRD representatives on Thursday.
At the meeting, the head of the energy and infrastructure sector in Ukraine and principal banker at EBRD, Mark Magaletsky, said that last week the project was approved by the credit committee of the bank and is pending approval by the board of directors.
