KIEV, Feb. 2 – Kiev City Administration has signed a memorandum of cooperation in the development of the information structure of the capital with CISCO, one of the world's leaders in IT technologies.

Deputy Kiev City Administration chief Oleksandr Puzanov and Pavel Betsis, CISCO Managing Director for the CIS , signed the memo in Kiev on Wednesday.
