KIEV, Jan. 30 – The bill on the calculation of time in Ukraine will be based on the government's proposal to switch to winter (standard) time of the second time zone this year and to keep it unchanged from that time on, Emergencies Minister Viktor Baloha said.

This was decided at a meeting chaired by Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov on Monday, the press service of the Emergency Situations Ministry reported.
