KIEV, Sept. 15 - System Capital Management (SCM) is planning to buy 100% of the Swiss metal trading company Leman Commodities, SCM's senior manager Ihor Syryi made the announced in Donetsk.

According to Syryi, at present the company has received the go-ahead from the Antimonopoly Committee and also sent corresponding documents to antitrust agencies in the European Union and Switzerland.
