DNIPROPETROVSK, Jan. 26 – The issue of providing EUR 152 million to Dnipropetrovsk city council for subway construction is pending approval by the Board of Directors of the European Investment Bank in April, and in May the financing will go to the borrower, EIB representative Boris Stein von Kamiensk said at a meeting in the city council devoted to the completion of the construction of three subway stations in the city.

He said that the loan would be issued with interest of 2.5% per annum. At present, the terms of its repayment are being discussed.
