KIEV, Jan. 26 – The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development is an important partner for Ukraine in the development of strategic investment projects, and Ukraine appreciates its partnership with the bank, President Viktor Yanukovych said during a meeting with EBRD President Thomas Mirow.

"The EBRD is a long standing partner of Ukraine in the sphere of investment and development of strategic investment projects, and we really appreciate this," Yanukovych said, describing the relations between Ukraine and the EBRD as "excellent."
