KIEV, Jan. 25 – Teams of security service and military intelligence agents along with financial fraud investigators swarmed on Ukraine’s foreign ministry in a major effort apparently ordered by President Viktor Yanukovych, a newspaper reported Wednesday.
The effort, led by Anatoliy Baliuk, the chief of the main comptroller department at the presidential administration, is aimed at checking whether the ministry has been successfully implementing earlier instructions from Yanukovych.
