KIEV, Jan. 24 – The European Commission has said Ukraine hasn't done enough to implement the action plan on liberalizing its visa regime with the European Union, the Ukrayinska Pravda Internet newspaper reported on Tuesday.

Deputy Foreign Minister of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin said this in a letter addressed to First Deputy Prime Minister Andriy Kliuyev, a photocopy of which was posted on the Ukrayinska Pravda's Web site.
