KIEV, Jan. 24 – The State Tax Service is planning to settle all disputable issues on value added tax refunding to foreign investors in 2012, State Tax Service head Oleksandr Klymenko said at a meeting with companies belonging to the European Business Association.

"We're not avoiding our liabilities. We'll pay our debt to foreign investors. But the nature of a tax credit should fully exclude the so-called 'scheme' credit. Sums submitted for refunding should be pure from the point of view of the law and risks of avoiding taxation," Klymenko said.
